#1 Email me at EricMillenArt@gmail.com the following information:
*A photo of the home or MLS listing link
*The size painting you would like (5x7 or 8x10)
#2 I will then email you back to confirm your order with a date of when I will email you a photo of the finished work. (Paintings are usually finished 7 to 14 days after the order is placed).
#3 If approve of the finished painting you can pay securely using your credit card on my website, and I will ship your order within two days. You can also pay by check. You will receive your painting approximately 4 to 5 days after shipping.
*If you are not satisfied with the work, all you have to do is ship it back and I will give you a full refund. Please see details below.

Refund
If after 30 days you are unsatisfied with your art, all you have to do is ship the work back to me. Once I receive the work I will give you a full refund or make any updates to your art that is needed (The cost of shipping the painting back to me is non refundable).
