Buying
Free shipping for all orders. No payment is due until you have given full approval of a photo of the finished painting sent to you by email.
Ordering
#1 Email me at EricMillenArt@gmail.com the following information: A photo of the home. The size painting you would like. The type of painting you would like (matted or framed and matted). #2 I will then email you back to confirm your order. I will also give you a date of when I will email you a photo of the finished work. (Paintings are usually finished 7 to 14 days after the order is placed). #3 If you choose to buy you can pay below using your credit card, and I will ship within two days. You can also pay by check (email me for my address. I will ship as soon as I receive your payment). You will receive your painting approximatly 5 to 7 days after I receive your payment. If you are not satisfied with the work, all you have to do is ship it back and I will give you a full refund. Please see details below.

Refund
If your are unsatisfied with your work all you have to do is ship the work back to me. Once I receive the work I will give you a full refund (The cost of shipping the painting back to me is non refundable).
